Research Associate - Executive Search - West End
Leading, well established Executive Search boutique, based in the heart of the West End, is seeking a highly professional, and well organised individual to join their small team which specialises in retained Executive Search projects within the Real Estate and Infrastructure sector.A Graduate and possessing strong organisational ability, first class communication and inter-personal skills and strong research ability, you will support the Partners and Consultants by delivering informed research and market data within the sector, supporting search projects and helping to identify potential candidates. Additionally you will interact with high profile clients, at CEO/Board level so excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.Previous experience within the Executive Search sector is not essential however, you will possess strong office and administrative skills gained within a professional corporate environment, excellent PC skills and high levels of energy, emotional intelligence and common sense.This exciting entry level role has great potential to grow and develop your career in a dynamic professional search firm. Hybrid role - 4 days in office, 1 day WFH.
