Research Associate in Ocean Tracers
Publicerad 2024-09-24
We are looking for a Research Associate in Ocean Tracers to work with Prof Heather Graven and an international team to study how the ocean is warming, absorbing carbon, losing oxygen and becoming more acidic as a result of climate change. The role would be for 2 years and up to 4 years.
You will be synthesizing and evaluating ocean tracer data and assimilating these data into new ocean biogeochemical models. You will be working as part of a large international team funded by Schmidt Sciences to use data assimilation, machine learning, high resolution modelling and a wide range of data to achieve an unprecedented level of understanding of marine physical and biogeochemical processes.
