A leading live entertainment company is searching for a Research Director who has experience in Tableau dashboards to join their dynamic team in London. About the Role In this leadership position, you’ll: Translate data from diverse sources (e.g., surveys, ticket sales data, social media listening) into actionable insight led dashboards. Lead social media listening initiatives to capture trends, sentiment, and fan behavior. Present findings to senior stakeholders, including C-suite teams, to shape business strategies. Develop and execute custom research projects, blending quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Oversee a talented team of data analysts while collaborating with multiple departments to elevate fan engagement and event experiences. What You’ll Need Proven experience in market research or consumer insights. Experience in building dashboards ideally in Tableau Familiarity with social media listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Talkwalker). Excellent communication skills to deliver impactful insights and solutions. A proactive, agile mindset with the ability to adjust to shifting priorities.
