Job DescriptionResearch DirectorBoutique Research, B2B Research, InsightsCovent Garden, Onsite£90,000-100,000 base + bonusThe Company:Harnham have exclusively partnered with a high growth Boutique Research & Insight company that specialises in B2B tech & Media Research looking for a Director/Head of Research to join their expanding insight team.The Role:As a Research Director you will be responsible for the following;Lead small and mid-sized bespoke research and insights projects. Run large-scale projects with support from Directors.Manage and own specific client relationships on one or more key accounts, actively developing opportunities within these accounts through conversations and marketing activitiesCoach and mentor junior researchers on research best practicesEnd-to-end project management – ensure projects meet key milestones, on budget and client is delighted with quality deliverablesLead in brainstorm and execution, both at the beginning of the project for questionnaire/discussion guide design; and on the back-end with analysis, story-boarding, and reportingDraft, develop and present proposals to clients, either independently or (for larger / hybrid proposals) in support of senior colleagues across the companySkills and Experience:B2B research experience (especially within agency)Experience in the media, tech, or entertainment (sports/gaming) sectorsExcellent analytical and critical thinking skillsExperience with stastical methods such as segmentation, conjoint, key drivers analysis – Experience with SPSS, Q, or similar softwareExperience running run big complex B2B quant projectsExperience moderating interviews – Experience with a range of qualitative techniques (IDIs, focus groups, online discussion boards)The benefits:As Research Director, you can earn up to a base of £100,000 plus an aggressive benefits packageHow to apply:Please register your interest by sending your Resume to Louiscollins@harnham.com or via the Apply link on this page
