Research Engineer Composite Moulding
At the National Composites Centre we're building the future of composites, so when industry wants to advance, they come to us. And when they come to us, you're there to make things happen.
Youll join our Manufacturing capability group which focuses on transforming composite ideas into manufacturing reality by delivering tailored solutions to customers requirements. You will provide engineering expertise and technical direction on exciting projects across a range of industries. You'll lead the development of novel technology, processes and create demonstrators to showcase NCCs manufacturing capability and continuously seek to push the boundaries of what is possible with composites.
Your hands-on experience in composite manufacturing processes, ability to produce high quality technical documentation and knowledge of product lifecycles will provide a foundation for a range of new responsibilities, from technical excellence to customer focus.
So, what are we looking for?
- Youll be an experienced engineer specialising in resin infusion/resin transfer moulding and have or are working towards a professional accreditation such as CEng.
