IC Resources is seeking a Research Engineer (Senior option available) with key strengths in SLAM to join our client's team in Oxford, UK. The successful candidate will work on cutting-edge spatial AI solutions, contributing to the development and enhancement of 3D localisation and mapping technologies.
Develop 3D localisation and mapping algorithmsDevelop real-time software in C++
PhD with post-doc research in Robot Perception, SLAM or related, or coming with an MSc and minimum 2+ years' industry experience developing SLAM (simultaneous localization and mapping) systems for robots, vehicles or sensor systems.Proficiency in C++, Python, and ROS.Solid understanding of SLAM and Spatial AI algorithms and tools, including neural network training and 3D reconstruction techniques like meshes or NeRF.
