RESEARCH MANAGER UP TO £45,000 LONDON We’re recruiting for a Research Manager To join a fast-paced, dynamic team delivering bespoke research for leading global healthcare brands and innovative biotech companies. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage end-to-end research projects, deliver high-quality insights, and grow client relationships. THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Research Manager will have the following responsibilities: Manage day-to-day project logistics , from liaising with suppliers to keeping your team updated on progress. Monitor fieldwork (e.g., checking quotas, requesting recruitment updates) to ensure smooth project delivery. Design research materials, including questionnaires and discussion guides . Take ownership of client interactions , providing confident and insightful feedback throughout the project lifecycle. Analyze data, craft compelling deliverables , and contribute to debrief presentations with creative, engaging charts. Proactively anticipate challenges and suggest solutions to keep projects on track. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: The Research Manager will have the following skills and experience: A strong understanding of the full research process and experience with both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail . Proven experience designing and executing effective research materials. A positive, proactive mindset and the ability to think ahead to solve problems before they arise. A desire to push boundaries and innovate in research techniques and outputs.
