Map Complex Business Markets - Executive Search Researcher
Brighton or London | £35-50k + Commission | 50-75k OTE | Hybrid 3/2 Split
This is a pure candidate generation, market intelligence and market mapping oriented position, within a top retained executive search firm. This researcher will be partnered with a £600k billing client partner who specialises in recruitment for senior positions within consumer markets.
Responsibilities
In an exciting and dynamic setting, you will:
- Proactively lead the mandate including candidate identification, long listing, briefings and feedback.
- Form profitable leads and present them to the relevant internal departments.
- Collate market intelligence insights for use in recruitment projects.
- Conduct insightful industry-specific research and contribute to online publications.
- Foster harmonious relationships with clients, HRs, and international sales teams.
- If you are a Senior Researcher, you will also have the chance to manage relationships beyond your mandate, generate intelligence reports and mentor junior researchers.
Requirements
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Ability to initiate conversations and deliver projects successfully.
- Proficiency in working independently and as part of a global team.
- Commitment to achieving objectives and targets.
- Eagerness to improve knowledge and skills within their market/sector.
- Abilities in time management, organisation and high levels of adaptability.
- Degree level education desirable.
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience is required.
