We’re assisting a top global estate agency with the hiring of a new Researcher. They are an award-winning property company with a great brand and reputation. Their collaborative team spans many offices across the UK, and they specialise in the mid-upper market within residential property in London. Their dynamic central team is growing with the hiring of this important new position, and the new Researcher will have scope for further growth as the company continues to expand.


About the Researcher role

The Researcher will work closely with senior stakeholders, getting valuable exposure and adding lots of value to the business.


Key Responsibilities for the Researcher:

  • Carry out market research and trend research within the property sector
  • Analyse data from a range of sources, identifying patterns within the data
  • Bring the data to life, building narratives from the data and deriving key insights
  • Write reports based on the data and insights
  • Present insights and key recommendations to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR and external partners


About You, the Researcher

This position would suit someone who has experience working with data and creating reports within the property/real estate industry.


You’ll have experience in market research and data analysis. You’ll have strong communication skills, with the ability to bring data to life and write reports.
