* Support the sales team by recruiting tech talent for the financial world
* Manage the full hiring process - from sourcing candidates to securing their placement
* Build strong relationships with both candidates and clients
* Gain experience in business development and stay up-to-date with innovative tech

About You:
* You're a driven problem-solver with a degree ideally from a top 20 University (Master's is a bonus!)

* Bonus points if you know more than one language, but fluent English is a must!
* Have relevant life experience, such as an internship during university, demonstrating a strong work ethic

* In the office hours 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Mon-Fri
