Job Details:

  • Position:  Tele Researcher
  • Type:  Temporary Contract
  • Working Hours:  37 hours per week
  • Salary:  £11.50 per hour

    • About the Role:

    Working as a Tele Researcher your role will involve engaging with individuals over the phone to gather valuable data and insights through structured surveys and questionnaires. Gather accurate and relevant information based on specific research objectives. Analyse the data to identify trends, patterns, and customer preferences.

  • Conduct telephone-based research and surveys.
  • Collect and analysing data to support marketing strategies.
  • Recording and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve project goals.
  • Represent clients in a professional and respecting manager on each phone call.

  • Able to work to targets set out by line manager.
  • Strive to always meet highest quality standards for each survey.
