A leading E-commerce company are on the lookout for a contract UX Research Manager to play a major role in delivering the UX research strategy for their global brand.
The successful UX Research Manager will play a crucial role in guiding and overseeing the user experience research process to ensure that products meet user needs and expectations.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive UX research strategy, aligning both business goals and product development
- Working closely with product managers, designers, and developers to integrate research findings into the product development process
- Performing appropriate research methods (e.g. usability testing, interviews, surveys) based on project needs and objectives.
- Analysing qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Managing the budget for UX research activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
In terms of the contract details:
- Rate: Up to £500.00 per day Outside IR35
- 6 months & perm transition
- Fully remote (occasional onsite in London)
