Strength and Conditioning Coach
£28,608 - £32,089 p.a. pro rata
Fixed Term - 9 months - expected start date 1st September 2026
About the Role
NTU Sport proudly supports talented athletes and those who play sport purely for fun, helping each individual to achieve their personal goals; we encourage all our students and staff to follow an active, healthy lifestyle; and we are pleased to welcome the wider community onto campus to take advantage of our world-class sports facilities.
You will be responsible for delivering high quality Strength and Conditioning services across the NTU Sport programme at both our Clifton and City Performance gym facilities, with a focus on our Performance Sports programmes and student-athlete scholars, contributing to our strategic aim of regularly being a BUCS Top 10 institution.
You will have a strong understanding of the broad range of support services and elements required to provide an effective high-performance athlete environment, and experience of how to deliver in a multi-sport environment reporting to a range of stakeholders.
You will be conscientious with good communication, influencing and team working skills. In addition, you will need to be adaptable and have a flexible approach to work, with availability to work evenings and weekends where necessary.
