About the Role
An opportunity exists to provide management support in the studnet funding and commercial income team, as a result of an internal secondment. The successful candidate is responsible for;
Supporting the commercial and student funding team manager in leading their team, ensuring student funding processes operate correctly.
Responsible for ensuring accuracy of university income, ensuring fees are correctly calculated and invoiced
Ensuring student Loans Company processes performed, to achieve collection of student fee income
Ensure robust commercial debt procedures applied
Monitoring service delivery levels,
ensuring processes followed to ensure positive student experience.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in the income team of a large, complex organisation, including managing debt processes and ideally have experience of the Student Loan Company funding requirements.
