Responsibilities:

• Build and develop positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Manage interviews, tests, and provide feedback to candidates and clients.
• Advertise vacancies on industry job boards and match candidates to job roles.
• Utilise candidate databases to identify potential candidates and present them with exciting opportunities.
• Prepare impressive CVs and dashboards for live roles, showcasing your strong market understanding.

Requirements:

• Must be educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Recruitment or sales experience is ideal.
• Asset management or finance experience/knowledge/interest is preferred but not essential.
• Self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and organisational abilities.
