The role:
Multiply is a new government-funded programme to help adults improve their numeracy skills. It is a free provision aimed at anyone over 19 years of age that does not have GCSE Math's at grade C to build their confidence with numbers and gain a qualification (if applicable) to be able to secure employment and/or training.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, talented and highly motivated individual to join our excellent Lecturing staff at Gower College Swansea. The successful candidate will have a passion for and experience of delivery numeracy and curriculum development. The ability to be both flexible and innovative is key. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, enthusiasm and tenacity and must be able to work well with a range of abilities.
