Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Psychology lessons at FE level.
Inspire students by making Psychology accessible, relatable, and thought-provoking.
Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning.
Support students in developing critical thinking, research, and analytical skills.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the Psychology curriculum and teaching methods.
Contribute to the development of the department's resources and teaching strategies.
Participate in extracurricular activities and support student enrichment opportunities.
Contribute to the wider academic community within the institution.
Requirements:
A degree in Psychology or a closely related field (a Master’s or PhD is desirable).
Teaching qualification or experience in delivering Psychology at FE level (A-Level or equivalent).
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
Knowledge of current developments in Psychology and its practical applications.
Ability to foster an inclusive and dynamic learning environment.
