At InX, part of The In Group and partner to Investigo, we are looking for a Researcher to join our very successful and well-established Executive Search Practice. This is an opportunity for an Executive Search Researcher or Executive Search consultant, ideally with two years or more experience within the Executive Search space.
This is an opportunity to play a crucial role in our team where you will engage with clients and candidates and support important assignments with interesting businesses across the EMEA region. You will also get involved with events and thought leadership relating to our Practice and you’ll have the ability to learn, develop and progress by working with our experienced, high-energy, positive team
The Practice typically conducts searches for Partner level and above positions within Consultancies and Strategy House in Europe.
As a Researcher / Associate, you will:
- Engage with clients to immerse yourself in their business and sector and learn about the industry and company.
- Use your knowledge of the assignment, company and industry to research and map the market for our clients to find talented individuals who meet the brief.
- Talk to interesting, talented, successful people daily to promote our assignments and assess interest.
- Project manage assignments working alongside the lead consultant, sharing market intelligence and raising any challenges or successes that you identify.
- Support several assignments at a time and will prioritise these roles effectively whilst building your own network and experience.
- Have the chance to get involved with various Practice focused initiatives – from writing blogs or articles to holding events for our communities.

This is an opportunity for an Executive Search Researcher or Executive Search consultant, ideally with two years or more experience within the Executive Search space. If you have a background in recruiting into Consultancies that will be a bonus but not necessary
- Naturally curious about roles, companies and industries and interested in learning about technology trends and roles.
- Able to manage your workload and time effectively, reach milestones required, communicate and ask for help if there are challenges.
- Highly customer focused. Our clients and candidates are incredibly important to us and our team members must live and breathe this customer-centricity.
- A great communicator who’s engaging, confident and credible when interacting with a variety of senior people.
