Sessional Lecturer / Teacher / Assessor

We are seeking to increase our Part Time Sessional Teacher pool and invite skilled and experienced professionals to teach adult learners across different levels on both accredited and non-accredited courses. We are specifically looking for;

  • Health & Social Care Teacher / Assessor Accredited & non-accredited courses up to Level 2/3
  • Supporting Teaching & Learning Teacher / Assessor Accredited & non-accredited courses for Teaching Assistants up to Level 2
  • Green Skills Teacher / Assessor Accredited & non-accredited courses up to Level 2
  • Employability Teacher Non-accredited courses on topics such as CV writing, job search, interview skills etc.

All roles require successful teaching experience and/or a teaching qualification or substantial relevant professional experience, with a sound knowledge of the subject to be taught. You will be able to plan lessons and use a range of techniques appropriate to learners from diverse educational backgrounds, including adult learners.

An Assessor qualification is essential (except for the Employability Teacher). Candidates for the Green Skills Teacher / Assessor and the Employability Teacher must also be willing to teach in outreach settings.
