User Experience Researcher

Looking for a seasoned UX Researcher with over 2 years of experience, ideally from various industries, with a strong focus on product-heavy environments.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute moderated/unmoderated usability testing to inform design decisions.
2. Assist with virtual live conversations/in-person interviews to either take notes or moderate.
3. Go through the metrics and feedback and assist with summarising the findings to go through with the PO/Designer.
4. Create highlight reels for user feedback.
5. On occasion, assist teams outside of Product with user research such as Marketing, The Wine Flyer et al.
6. Co-organise feedback from loyalty customers.
7. Build testing panel.
8. Assist with admin/documentation - research plan, discussion guides, choosing preferred platform for plotting findings, live conversation scripts, survey tool etc.
9. Ensure insight is documented in our research repository Condens.
10. Assist with building a network of other UX Researchers for knowledge sharing.
11. Work with the user research team for seminars/conferences/knowledge sharing.
12. Build relationships with participant recruitment agencies to offer focus groups/specific testing criteria.
13. Seat management for User Testing accounts.
14. Keep an eye on what's happening in the industry, any relevant conferences/summits the UX Research/Design team should attend.
