Introduction:
Embark on an exciting journey with our team as an Clinical Research Associate (CRA) and contribute to groundbreaking medical research. We're seeking a dedicated individual with experience in monitoring and managing clinical trials.
Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in science/life sciences
- Minimum 3 years of CRA experience (Phase I experience preferred)
- Proficiency in eTMF software (e.g., Viedoc)
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site monitoring visits
- Oversee projects from initiation to closeout
- Liaise with sponsors, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines and budgets
- Manage and maintain eTMFs
- Develop training materials and provide training to colleagues
