Sessional Lecturer - IT

Were now seeking a Sessional Lecturer to teach adult learners across different levels to ensure that they can achieve success in their IT courses.

Youll deliver varied and effective teaching and learning IT sessions in which all members of the group are respected and able to participate. Youll prepare lesson plans showing content, activities, and timing, and prepare learning materials for each session as appropriate.

As our Sessional Lecturer, youll possess a qualification or demonstrate a professional background in the field of IT and be able to plan and deliver IT qualification courses. This will include registering students for exams, claiming achievement and liaising with language assessors. Wed like to you to have a good level of computer literacy to allow you to confidently deliver online courses and be able to prepare and develop materials and assessments for the programme.

These courses are to be held in person at our Wandsworth or Tooting sites.

The expected hours per week are 4 to 8 which will be mostly evenings but there will be the occasional morning or lunchtime requirement.
